The instructional team at John M. Fisher & Associates Ltd. has been thoroughly trained by Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc. with each receiving 350 hours of training prior to being certified. Instructors assigned to in-house classes have successfully completed an additional 450 hours of training. To ensure that the highest quality and standards of instruction are adhered to, yearly re-certification is required and monitored.

John and Faye Fisher, President and Vice President of the company, have been associated with Dale Carnegie Training since 1976. Both are active, certified instructors of all programs offered.
